INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Aberdeen Fire Chief until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 20th day of September, 2016 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Opening will be held in the conference room Aberdeen Fire/Rescue Department located at 800 Holly Street, Aberdeen, NC 28315. Bids will be for the purpose of furnishing the Town of Aberdeen with one (1) new Quick Attack “Squad” Type 6 Fire Apparatus Package. The Town of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality and to award the contract, as it appears to be in the best interest of the Town of Aberdeen. The right is also reserved to hold any and all bids for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days from the opening thereof.
