Moore County winners of the 2013 Governor's Volunteer Service Award were honored at the County Commissioners' Meeting on Tuesday, April 23rd.

Owen Gallagher serves on the Planning Board for the Town of Aberdeen.  Owen received the award in the faith-based category.  The Town of Aberdeen congratulates Owen on this honor and award.
