NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
IN THE TOWN OF ABERDEEN
MOORE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
TAKE NOTICE that the Aberdeen Board of Commissioners intends to consider a request to authorize the exchange of Town-owned property for privately-owned property. The property proposed to be exchanged is land located along Keyser and Glasgow Streets, which will be exchanged for privately-owned property also along these streets to better align the street rights-of-way. The total value of the properties to be exchanged is estimated to be less than $1,000.00. The Board will consider the request during its January 25, 2021 meeting, which will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will take place at the Aberdeen Town Hall located 115 N. Poplar St. in Aberdeen.
The Town of Aberdeen is a Fair Housing Community. The Fair Housing Officer shall offer assistance to the North Carolina Relation Council’s fair housing staff in the investigation and reconciliation of all housing discrimination complaints. The Fair Housing Officer is Paul Sabiston who may be reached at the Robert N. Page Municipal Building at 115 N. Poplar Street or 910-944-1115.
