The Town of Aberdeen is requiring all Residential, Commercial Building, Manufacturers, and Restaurants to have a Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ)  hooked to their water only meter starting April 2010.  This applies to all irrigation systems.

New construction irrigation will have their own meter even if they don't have sewer.
