Consideration for Approving a Waiver of the Formal Bidding Process for the purchase of a new Fire Truck

TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Aberdeen Board of Commissioners will consider approving a waiver of the formal bidding process for the purchase of a new fire truck. If the Board waives the bidding requirement it will be in order to contract with a qualified supplier pursuant to G.S. ยง 143-129(g)(3). The Board will consider this matter during its Board Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on February 27, 2017 at the Robert N. Page Municipal Building located at 115 N. Poplar Street in Aberdeen, NC.  Please see link above for additional information.
