NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town of Aberdeen is accepting bids for the sale and removal of One (1) residential structure located in Aberdeen, North Carolina. Bidders may bid on one, any, or all the structures. To be considered as a responsive bid the bid MUST be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The bid deposit must be in one of the following forms: 1) cash, 2) certified check, 3) cashiers check, or 4) bid bond. No other forms are acceptable. Money orders, personal or company checks are not acceptable. All sealed bids must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, to the Town of Aberdeen Municipal Building, to the attention of Sharon Simpson, 115 N Poplar Street, Aberdeen, NC 28315. Late bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
