The Land Use Plan Steering Committee will be meeting on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. at the Aberdeen Recreation Station located at 301 Lake Park Crossing, Aberdeen.  The purpose of the meeting will include training in the understanding and use of the Green Growth Tool Box, understanding the impact of Ft. Bragg's Joint Land Use Study, and a mapping exercise to project the placement of residential uses for development of a Future Land Use Map.  Planning Board members and the Mayor & Board of Commissioners have been invited to this meeting, and there could be a quorum of either of these Boards.  All interested citizens are invited to attend this meeting.
