NOTICE TO PUBLIC
SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

The Town of Aberdeen Mayor and Board of Commissioners have scheduled a Special Called Meeting to be held on Monday, August 19th at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the Special Called Meeting is to receive presentations from four selected Park Planners/Consulting Firms. Each of the four Park Planners/Consulting Firms will have 30 minutes to present their qualifications and approach to developing the Ray’s Mill Pond Park. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and Ray’s Mill Pond Park Committee will also be in attendance for the meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Aberdeen Lake Park Recreation Station located at 301 Lake Park Crossing, Aberdeen, NC. All citizens of the Town of Aberdeen and interested persons are invited to attend this meeting.
