YARD SALE POLICY

The Town of Aberdeen allows all residents, inside town limits, of Aberdeen two (2) yard sales a year.  A permit must be obtained from the Water Department prior to the yard sale date.  The cost is $5.00 per permit.  Yard sales can be conducted on residential premises only.  The Yard Sale Permit must be displayed and visible from the road.  No more than two (2) signs can be used on the site of the yard sale.  Signs can not be posted on utility poles or other private property.  For any questions or to obtain a copy of the full ordinance, contact the Water Department at (910) 944-7799 or 115 N.
