Boil Water Notice for Bethseda Farms Area has been Lifted
Posted Date:
The Boil Water Notice has been lifted for the Bethesda Farms Area as of Friday, May 10, 2013.

The Town of Aberdeen has had a water main break on Thursday, May 9, 2013. The area affected is Bethesda Farms. While work was being performed, there is a possibility that some customers may have experienced low water pressure, cloudy water, or an interruption of service.

If you experience low water pressure, your water is discolored, or your service is interrupted, please follow the instructions below.

Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one (1) minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing and food preparation. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

A water sample has been taken and we are awaiting the results.  We will inform you when you no longer need to boil your water. Please check the website or Channel 99 for further updates. If you have questions, call the Public Works Department at 910-944-7012.
