BOIL YOUR WATER ADVISORY
The Town of Aberdeen has had a water main break on Thursday, June 7, 2012. The area affected is Montford Street. While work is being performed, there is a possibility that some customers may experience low water pressure, cloudy water, or an interruption of service.
If you experience low water pressure, your water is discolored, or your service is interrupted, please follow the instructions below.
Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one (1) minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing and food preparation. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We will inform you when you no longer need to boil your water. Please check the website or Channel 99 for further updates. If you have questions, call the Public Works Department at 910-944-7012.
