NEW! This workout combines the core-firming, muscle-sculpting benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. This is a perfect combination for a low impact workout that works with your own body weight from head to toe and promotes complete relaxation of the mind and body. Join instructor Grace Dumayas every Monday from 6:45-7:45pm.
